Student Commissioned as Chaplain in U.S. Navy
Each diploma is a reminder that God is using your gifts in powerful ways. These students leave Moody Bible Institute to serve God across the nation and the globe. You have successfully launched a wonderful, dedicated group of missionaries, preachers, counselors, evangelists, musicians, Bible translators, educators, and communicators.
Moody held four commencement exercises—two in Chicago, one in Spokane, Washington, and one in Plymouth, Michigan. Approximately 500 undergraduate and 135 seminary students took part in the ceremonies.
“These students join the over 42,000 living Moody alumni who are making an impact for Christ across the globe,” said Dr. Junias Venugopal, provost and dean of education for Moody Bible Institute.
“It has been an honor and privilege for Moody to be able to play a part in equipping these students and our prayer for them is that they will continue to grow and deepen their relationship with Christ and bring the gospel to where the Lord has called them.”
I cannot express enough appreciation for your willingness to support my education. God has planted a heart in me to reach women with the Scriptures, and I would not be equipped without my Moody training! As I graduate this May, I can’t help but think about the many faces, names, prayers, and finances of people like yourself—people I’ve never met!—who have enabled me to get where I am!
By God’s grace, I will be found faithful as I continue to grow and am soon launched into ministry as a Christian worker. Thank you for everything!

Thank you so much for your support! Your donation is why I am able to afford to be a student at Moody. I would not be here learning how to share the Bible with people without your support and prayer!

Thank you so very much for supporting me in getting my degree. I want to start a home for girls who have been rescued out of sexual slavery. I would not have been able to come to school without your help. Thank you so very much.
